Corporate social responsibility is an action organizations undertake ethically and sensibly to positively impact on the environment or society where they operate.
In XPLOIL Nig. Ltd., we advance the course of being socially responsible by engaging in activities that directly benefit the community where we operate and or do business.
For instance, XPLOIL has had to demonstrate and consolidate the existing good relationship between the company and the host communities by appreciating and projecting the cultural values which the communities hold in high esteem.
In also demonstrating our corporate social responsibilities, we recognize and pay homage to the traditional tools (Paramount Rulers) of our host communities and sometimes make donations in kind to the schools within the host communities.
